Frequently Asked Questions

What is your turnaround time?

It takes a minimum of two weeks to receive the glass. Our normal turnaround time from first meeting to completion is about three to four weeks; this can vary, of course, due to load of work, difficulty and size of job.

How long till I can use my new shower?

In most cases you will be able to use your new shower the next morning! However if your shower has silicone, you can not use shower for 48 hours after the job is complete.

How much will my job or shower cost?

Due to the highly-customized nature of our work, an on-site estimate is usually required to get accurate pricing. Some jobs can be bid over the phone but may change if information differs.

Are you bonded and insured in case of damage?

Yes we have insurance and bonding.
